About Kawori

清水かをり / Kawori Shimizu　　

ニューヨークでファインダイニングを経験し、東京でフードコーディネーターの学校を卒業。その後、京都で和菓子を学び、2019年9月にマイナビ出版より『おうちで作れる野菜の和菓子』を出版しました。

グローバルIT企業にて和菓子の教室の開催や、ホテルやレストランとコラボして和菓子講座を担当し、企業とのコラボレーションによる和菓子商品の開発にも取り組んできました。

現在は、日本語および英語での和菓子講師として活動し、レシピの開発に従事しています。

Kawori Shimizu is the Wagashi Designer/ Food Producer in Japan.

Studied the fine dining at New York, Food coordinator school at Tokyo and wagashi – Japanese confectionery school at Kyoto. I In September 2019 she had published the vegetable wagashi recipe book from Mainabi books.

She has held Japanese confectionery classes at a global IT company, collaborated with hotels and restaurants on Japanese confectionery courses, and worked with companies to develop Japanese confectionery products.

She currently works as a Japanese confectionery instructor in Japanese and English and develops recipes.
