清水かをり / Kawori Shimizu　　

ニューヨークでファインダイニング、東京でフードコーディネーター、京都で和菓子を学ぶ。現在日本で料理教室などをコーディネート。2019年9月にマイナビ出版より「おうちで作れる 野菜の和菓子 」　を出版。

Kawori Shimizu is the Food Coordinator/Food Stylist/ Food Producer in Japan.

Studied the fine dining at New York, Food coordinator school at Tokyo and wagashi – Japanese confectionery school at Kyoto. Now she is coordinating the cooking class in Japanese and English and September 2019 she had published the vegetable wagashi recipe book from Mainabi books.
